Test: Navigate to the first item in a menu in interaction mode

Configure JAWS with default settings. For help, read Configuring Screen Readers for Testing.
Activate the "Open test page" button, which opens the example to test in a new window and runs a script that opens the menu, and sets focus on 'Accessible Name and Description'
With focus on the 'Accessible Name and Description' menu item, navigate to the 'W3C Home Page' menu item. Do this with each of the following commands or command sequences.
